It is possible to ask for a lower price than what the vendor is offering.

You can get the best stuff if you arrive early. This is the best solution if there are particular items you are interested in finding. But be prepared to pay a higher price in you shop in the morning.

The end of the day, vendors will be lenient towards prices as they wish to sell off whatever that is still remaining. They prefer to go home with as less merchandise as possible. Sometimes it is good to wait at the end of the day to get a lower price. But you could lose the item to someone else.
